This is not a strictly "natural" environment, but how it's possible, in all honesty, do not love the lavender fields in Provence? A pilgrimage, an obvious goal for any photographer who loves the great outdoors, the infinite perspective, the color. In early July, and then for few weeks, to wander through the fields between the unceasing chirping of cicadas and the breeze charged of scent, is a memorable sensory experience. The flavor is the one we know, but here it permeates the air, it feeds on the shining sun, it seems one could touch it for how much it's dense, it multiplyies infinitely, as infinite are the colored fields.
